I Built This Because Search Alone Isn't Enough
I've spent my entire career in Japan executive search — over 20 years, three businesses, all acquired.
I was the second employee at a specialist Tokyo search firm. We grew it to 200+ staff before it caught the attention of a larger group. I went on to lead teams through acquisitions, build an executive search JV with ManpowerGroup Japan, and work inside VMware Japan as their dedicated outbound recruiter.
Somewhere along the way, I realised something: search alone isn't enough. The traditional model — senior partner sells the work, junior associate does the searching — works for one hire at a time. It doesn't scale. It doesn't generate intelligence. And it doesn't give clients the visibility they deserve.

The Platform Behind the Search
The platform behind TalentHub was built by Konstantin — our co-founder and CTO. He's the reason the AI actually works.
Konstantin's background spans IBM Global Services, Deloitte Consulting, and BearingPoint — 15+ years building enterprise software platforms. He co-founded Interviewy, an AI-powered interview automation platform used by Five Guys, Halal Guys, Blaze Pizza, and Cinnabon across hundreds of locations.
Before that, he co-founded Mirabo Systems, building Livepoint BI — a business intelligence platform for pharmaceutical companies.
The result: candidate matching, market intelligence, competitive analysis, bespoke client reporting, referral activation, and branded engagement pages — all running on a platform we built from scratch. No off-the-shelf ATS. No third-party AI. Everything purpose-built for executive search in Japan.
