TalentHub Holdings Limited (New Zealand): Owns and operates the global technology infrastructure.

Cross-Entity Processing: Personal information is processed across TalentHub entities subject to strict internal controls and international privacy legislation. TalentHub Holdings Limited provides the secure technology framework for global service delivery.

2. Our Commitment

We handle personal information lawfully, transparently, and responsibly. We collect data only where necessary to deliver executive search, outbound RPO, and strategic advisory services. We do not sell personal information.

• Direct Submissions: Name, contact details, resumes, employment history, and correspondence.
• Public Professional Data: Information from professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn) and industry press.
• Authorized Third Parties: Information from referees or client organizations where lawful.
• Technical Data: IP addresses and analytics data via cookies.

4. Use of Personal Information

We process data to conduct executive search, deliver RPO solutions, and improve workflows. We only process information where it is necessary to perform a contract, we have a legitimate business interest, or we are required by law.

5. Use of Artificial Intelligence

Human-in-the-Loop: AI systems operate under mandatory human supervision and do not replace professional judgment.

Safeguards: We utilize enterprise-tier, private AI instances. We do not use public consumer AI tools for private data, and we do not permit third-party models to be trained on your confidential information.

TalentHub operates a regionalized data residency model. We prioritize data sovereignty by hosting personal information within the geographical jurisdiction of the data subject. Our proprietary platform is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), utilizing secure, local regional cloud zones to ensure compliance with local privacy mandates and data residency requirements.

8. Storage and Security

We maintain institutional-grade organizational and technical safeguards. Our internal operations are powered by Google Workspace Business, which adheres to rigorous global security and compliance protocols, including SOC 2/3, ISO/IEC 27001, and HIPAA standards. This environment ensures all data is protected by enterprise-level encryption at rest and in transit.

9. Your Rights

Subject to the NZ Privacy Act 2020, the Japan APPI, and applicable regional laws, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Requests should be directed to info@talenthubpartners.com.
